Beautifully property in the heart of Dartmouth, we were blown away by the views from our room which was large & comfortable, with a shower pus a bath if required. The breakfast was delicious every morning with a choice from a small menu for every taste with a basket of toast & a pot of tea with a view over Dartmouth. We had a great nights sleep every night as it was quiet & comfortable in our room, I would highly recommend it to family and friends. It was a steep walk back up the hill but we were not fazed by this & it was expected from other reviewers.

Ann was so helpful and kind. Communication was excellent . Breakfast was varied and delicious.

We honestly couldn't fault our stay even if we tried. From start to end, the hosts were extremely accommodating and kind. They seemed to think of every little detail, making it a very lovely weekend. The view was also wonderful, and breakfast was delicious!

Beautiful room with a balcony from which you could see the town below and river. Very comfortable bed and well stocked tea making facilities. Good size bathroom with an excellent shower. We enjoyed the location above the town with a pretty walk down to the town and a good bus service back up the hill. Delicious breakfasts made by the welcoming hosts. Dartmouth was a friendly, attractive town with good pubs, shops and restaurants and a perfect location for touring by bus, ferries and steam train.

Tricky to find on arrival and location is on a steep and narrow road.

Very high quality Bed & Breakfast. Extremely comfortable bed and beautifully fitted accommodation. The views from our two terraces were stunning. Ann & Brendan are so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend 😊😊

What can I say, this place is so amazing, it should be 5 star ⭐️ hotel, every thing was so perfect.

Elevated position = fantastic views, immaculate condition, bed was so comfortable, breakfast is one of the best I’ve had (and we travel a lot)

Stunning views and very comfortable B/B. Just wish the weather had been better so we could have sat on the balcony. Great Breakfast.

Walk back up the hill from Town but worth it for the view
