"Brilliant experience"

Really wonderful stay - the room was lovely and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and great shower. Andrew and Nick were really welcoming & communicative hosts, with lots of recommendations, and breakfasts were generous & delicious with plenty of choice. It's obvious that a lot of care and attention has gone in to the experience - with beautiful decor throughout, good wifi/lighting/access to power sockets, and lovely thoughtful touches like homemade scones on arrival. The location is also great, being less than five minutes walk to both Tunnels Beaches and the high street, but quiet at night. A real gem, would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

the property was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and I’m a wonderful location to everything . Nick and Andy could not do enough to make us comfortable they were wonderful. breakfast was fantastic loved it .

We had a lovely stay at Grosvenor house in early April. Our hosts were excellent, the room was big and clean. Location is ideal, just a short walk away from restaurants and the harbour. We will definitely return.

Breakfast was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable.

The owners were extremely welcoming, surprisingly serving Tea and Scones by arriving. Best breakfast I had during my stay in North Devon. Absolutely delicious. Bathroom and room spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. Thanks again for „acting as a taxi driver“ to Woolacombe, making my troubles less complicated. Once in Ilfracombe again, I would definitely stay at Grosvenor House.

Absolut nothing to complain.

"Great hospitality, fantastic position."

The property is very comfortable. Nick and Andrew go to great lengths to ensure that their guests are happy. They meet you with tea and scones, which can be consumed on the terrace. Breakfast is generous and delicious, using fresh, local produce. Beds are comfortable, and bathroom was very clean. The position is exceptional, very handy to the seafront and the harbour.
