"Recent stay with family"

Staying for a wedding at Tunnel Beaches, the location was perfect. We loved the personal touches and feeling extremely welcome from the start. Nothing felt too much trouble for the hosts , with the perks of staying in a hotel with that home from home feeling.

Lovely homemade breakfast. Nick & Andrew were excellent hosts, made us feel like home. Best B&B on our two week trip around Devon and Cornwall. We would highly recommend.

The room was fresh and clean, breakfast was really good, the house is within walking distance from bus stops, beaches, shops, restaurants, theatre, etc. yet situated in a quiet street. Ilfracombe has a lot to offer and the area is stunning. Our hosts Andrew and Nick made our stay even more special. A very warm welcome awaited us, including a Cornish cream tea. Hospitality at its best throughout our stay.

Fantastic breakfast,it was as comfortable as being at home,even more luxurious.Nick and Andrew are two of the nicest people I have met.They could not have done more for us.Great sense of humour.We hope to stay there again. Beauty scenery. The best bed and breakfast we have stayed in.

Grosvenor House is a fabulous B&B. It was spotless, very comfortable, and our room was really homely. Our hosts, Nick and Andrew, were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was superb, freshly cooked to order. If you’re going to Ilfracombe, check this place out first. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the harbour and Tunnels beach.

"Warm welcome by Nick and Andrew for our weekend stay."

What a welcome! Tea/coffee with home made scones just wonderful x Nick and Andrew were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is lovely and clean Full English breakfast offered with any other variations from that menu. In addition you culd have cereal/porridge etc and the yogurt with berries is delicious. There is a little outdoor space where you could sit outside and have tea. A short walk to the beach and a really lovely whetherspoons. A really great B&B thank you for making our stay so special.
