Couldn’t have been a lovelier holiday, very thoughtful hosts catered for our every need and more! Food was excellent, lots of choice, room spotless and very comfortable, hosts friendly and very helpful. We had a wonderful greeting when we arrived, met with a tray of tea and delicious scones. Thank you Andrew and Nick

What an amazing place to stay! Andrew and Nick have managed to make Grosvenor House the equivalent of a small Boutique hotel! Nothing was too much trouble from the moment we arrived. From helping us to bring our luggage in from the car, scones and cream brought to our room on arrival, and the the amazing breakfasts every day. We have nothing but praise for this incredible Guest House. The room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, fluffy white towels in the ensuite and an extremely comfortable bed. This was the best Guest House we have ever stayed in, we could not fault it.

"Perfect."

Amazing hosts who were the right amount of attentive, made sure everything was good without being overbearing. The whole house is beautiful furnished and decorated. The bed was comfortable, and extra pillows and bedding available. Breakfast was perfect and offered a wide variety of choices.

Beautiful tastefully decorated house, located in the heart of Ilfracombe on a very quiet street. Spacious, very clean room, large bathroom. Very tasty breakfast :) The owners are an absolute delight: friendly, charming, professional and helpful. We felt like we've been known them for years. A real home from home experience. Thank you Nick and Andrew!

Everything was perfect, despite the weather being far from ideal, we were sad to leave.

Grosvenor House was only a three minute walk away from a wedding which we went to in The Tunnels making it very convenient. Nick and Andrew were excellent hosts, they were very welcoming and friendly. They made sure that we were well looked after throughout our three night stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice. The bedroom was immaculately clean with a super comfy bed
