Grosvenor House was an amazing accommodation. Great location as everything was within walking distance. Nick and Andrew were the best hosts you could possibly ask for and they recommended some amazing places to eat at. The room was decorated beautifully and it was absolutely spotless. We loved the whole styling of the place. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a lot of choice. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Nothing to dislike.

"Perfect"

Grosvenor House is in a quiet road and we were able to park on the drive. Our lovely room was spotless and the whole property is beautifully furnished whilst being homely at the same time. Nick and Andrew are ideal hosts and they made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Highly recommended.

"All in all a great experience which excelled our initial expectations."

A very clean spacious home - it is home from home. Very well presented and looked after by two very nice gentleman who know exactly how to make you ‘feel at home’ very quickly. Great hosts. And space to park FREE at the property which is rear in Ilfacoombe. Also very close to the centre and very close to the Tunnels Beaches which was excellent for us.

Nothing at all.
