"A great place to stay."

Very spacious and comfortable room in a characterful Georgian Town house in the centre of Chichester. Fabulous cooked breakfast in the dining room. Very convenient for exploring Chichester with free parking. A 2pm check in was allowed which was great.

The shower pressure was feeble.

"Disappointing."

Breakfast and the young man serving us was excellent.

Mattresses were tired. Bathroom was poorly finished. The bedroom window only opened about an inch. The whole place looked tired and in need of decorating. We We have stayed before, but wouldn’t stay again.

Location and atmosphere and the breakfast was excellent.

It was a huge shame that our car was covered in bird poo, we hadn’t moved it for a couple of days and it’s location under a tree led to the inevitable conclusion. It’s parking space 4 which goes with the room of the same number.

Central property very close to the city centre. A grand old house but homely and cozy. 4 reception rooms to relax in . A great breakfast too. I am madly thinking about what event I can hold there it’s a very special place.

The parking was a bit of a puzzle, but was sorted out once I had read the instructions 😉
