Beautiful old house in the centre of Chichester, close to shops, Cathedral and opposite Pallant art gallery. Good walking distance to Theatre. Absolutely unexpected and delightful. Lovely welcome, and excellent breakfast round the large table in the lovely Georgian dining room.

Not to dislike, apart from having too short a stay.

A fine Georgian house in the centre of the city, tucked away in a quiet area. The private parking area was very useful. A very convenient location to explore the city centre on foot. The breakfast was very good too. We had stayed there the previous year, so this was a return visit.

We could have done with another chair in the room, in addition to the window seat. Beware of incontinent birds in the trees overhanging part of the car park; bring a bottle of water and a sponge for the car!

"Very quiet, clean, convenient and welcoming place and no worries about the car"

Breakfast was fabulous and prepared by our own very friendly chef. Spotlessly clean room, staff very friendly and helpful.

We are elderly and had just a bit of difficulty to master the stairs.
