East Pallant Bed and Breakfast, Located in Large Georgian Townhouse in Central Chichester

Spacious room, massive comfy bed and beautiful building

Even with windows wide open as soon as we arrived, the room was very hot and stuffy. Could do with a fan in there for warm weather

The location is good and the room was spacious and quite. The parking was easy but you need to follow the directions carefully. We pulled into Cawly car park to read the directions and could have driven through the back entrance of the car park and turned left but we followed the full directions which are very helpful and precise

Everything was good though the stairs to the top floor are narrow so some people might find that tricky (we didn't).

The parking was convenient. The breakfast fine. The welcome from two out of three was warm - the other member of staff, not so.

The shower room was clean but tired. The toilet seat cheap and would not stay up. The water not really hot. There was no place to sit in the room - just on the beds. The mattresses were past their best and the paintwork of the room was poor.

Wonderful breakfast, comfortable bed, quiet restful environment, interesting house right next to Pallant Gallery, the focus of our visit, useful parking arrangement

I failed to realise that the warm water supply was timed, so beautiful bath was not warm. I was in fact warm enough in bed but was not confident of this. Could an extra blanket for 1 or 2 have been provided?

A lovely old building and the rooms were huge. We stayed with a teenager and she had her own little room off the master, which was perfect for her.
