Patio door in the bay widow whistled as it was windy, needs adjusting, Slope to car park very slippery, although it had a sign slippery when wet, I saw a lady fall. Felt it should have a gritted surface

on arrival the room was cold. I text and called the number on my phone but had no reply, therefore the heating was turned on the next morning after I asked a member of staff. The room was not cleaned, hence no fresh towels untill I asked for some on the second morning. when I complained, I was told I was in a bad mood by the member of staff and that it was down to me the customer to request a room clean and fresh towels becauseit states it on my booking. I checked my booking and still cannot see this.The owner arrived and is also arrogant and said I was texting and calling the wrong number to communicate my concerns. I have stayed in many different types of accommodation and I have never had to request to have my room cleaned. Remote check in, no communication but we will pocket the money with minimal service. There attitude is very disrespectful.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The star of the show was the view from our balcony.

Location was absolutely amazing lovely to sit outside on the balcony.
