"Rooms without hospitality, great views and modern clean rooms."

Great views, clean room, modern bathroom

Can't control heating or hot water. Lovely guy who can't cook! Would have been quicker to order from Uber Eats in Minehead. Only three couples each one waited an hour and then it was not good, even forgot eggs on a full breakfast. Two ladies took pity on him and offered to cook their own breakfast. £24 wasted.

We arrived a little earlier than had planned but our room was already ready for us, Ani was a great host and couldn't of helped anymore, breakfast was spot on big thumbs up 👍🏽

We had a wonderful stay! It was such a pleasure meeting the receptionist, who is also the chef—he made an amazing breakfast for us each morning. I didn’t catch his name, but he was incredibly kind and made our stay truly delightful. The view is breathtaking, and there are many pet-friendly beaches nearby. We highly recommend this place!

We just had an oportunity to stay over one night, I think would be great 3 days and 3 nights.

The location was good, the views and sunsets amazing. Ami the man who looked after us was very polite and sorted every thing out for us.

Our first room we cold not get the shower to work, Ami moved us to a adjacent room, still had problems with the shower!!

Nice quiet location overlooking the bay. Easy access onto the coastal path at the bottom of the property. One car parking space allocated per room.

Exceptional position wonderful warm and welcoming staff and host Excellent comfortable clean and warm room with a top class bathroom with an outstanding walk in shower.. Plus outstanding sea views !!
