Very nice place. Good rooms with everything needed, great view, cozy terrace, clean and comfy. There’s also a pool with water from hot spring.

Very friendly welcome and hot tea is served upon your arrival. The staff is very kind and super friendly. The rooms are very clean. There is a 40% natural hot water pool in front of the room which makes the atmosphere very pleasant to stay. They also provide Mount Batur guides at a price. very good and the tour experience was very satisfying.

A few flies are annoying but that's not the owner's fault, considering this area is agricultural

Beautiful property & location! Super friendly staff.

Only thing that should be mentioned is the condition of the road from the «main road» to the hotel. It’s a dirt / rocky road and more along a trail. I arrived by scooter (and the road / trail fits cars too) but was not prepared for the dirt bike experience and might be a bit scary for some. Nothing bad apart from that!

The personal is super super helpful and kind! If you need or want something, just ask for it and they will have/do for you in the same minute. The food was super good too. Rooms have a beautiful view, well the view in general is amazing, and bed is super comfy and smells good! + is super quiet, perfect place to rest with a beautiful landscape

The view was nice and the host and his parents were very friendly.

Everything else. Getting there was extremely difficult. The road was in very poor condition and not well marked. The rooms were not clean and full of flies. The bathroom smelled of sewage. We opted to include breakfast, but once I saw the space where they cooked the food, there was absolutely NO WAY I would eat anything prepared there. We actually left a day early because we disliked our stay so much.

Beautiful spot overlooking the lake run by a lovely family. Nice food options Great guided trek up Mount Batur. Shuttle service really handy to my next location.

Unfortunately, it is the season for flies around the agriculture, but calm around the eating area.

The view, surrounding village people and more importantly the host.

Good food at the restaurant, kind workers, and many tour options at the accomodation.

Many flies, but thats not the fault of the accomodation there are lot of flies in this area
