The welcome, the cleanliness and the freshly cooked breakfast

Due to the age of the property some rooms are relatively small, with an unusual layout.

The breakfast was excellent, the breakfast room was excellent and comfortable

There was nothink to like the facilities are top class and Darren and Niamh were excellent hists

Darren was a wonderful host and went out of his way to make the stay comfortable.

Great breakfast and obliging host. Nearby Mc Itnyre's pub provided very good meals and hosts very friendly.

Really good communication before arriving. Very clean and comfortable. Really well appointed beautiful home. Gorgeous garden and balcony area to sit in. Great hot and cold breakfast options. Tranquil and serene surroundings. Generous, welcoming and helpful host. Really good value for money, we were travelling at fairly short notice ie within 8 weeks and found it really hard to find anything within our budget and came across this as I was about to give up! Within easy reach of main roads and good towns for wandering and eating. Beautiful river walks on the doorstep.
