Location is great Building and decoration is very nice Staff is very attentive, kind and friendly

Laundry supplies are neglected (bedding stained even if cleaned, soiled towels, laundry returned unclean). Breakfast is decent but not tasty

Such a beautiful hotel, full of old world charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were fantastic. Welcoming and always helpful. Food was really nice.

Water was an issue on on the day we left. A lot of noise from other guests one evening.

Nice rooftop breakkie, warm & helpful staff, tastefully designed room! Quiet premises despite being a ground floor room which led to quality sleep.

The room was a touch small for two suitcases.

The food. It was mentioned that you have amazing Bengali food but the paneer on the menu was off putting.
