Fantastic location. Comfortable, good sized-rooms. Brilliant breakfast! Really unique stay that was perfect for visiting Ella

Our room didn't have hot water which I assumed was the same across the property, but our friends who were also staying had hot water.

Stay was really nice. Welcomed with a tea. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Very relax place where the breakfast made by the host were amazing with lot of things including juices. Totally recommended

A beautiful tree house nestled in the jungle which is run by a lovely and very helpful family. On arrival our bags were carried to our room. Each morning we received a beautiful breakfast so big it could feed an army! The family were very helpful with recommendations, transfer bookings and even did laundry for a small charge. I would definitely recommend a stay here for a unique experience.

5 minute tuk tuk required to get to the main Ella town otherwise you'll find yourself doing a 40 minute uphill walk. Also be aware there are lots of steps to the treehouse if you have any mobility issues.

It's a house. In a tree. I thought ants and small animals could be an issue, but I didn't find any during my stay. Best breakfast I've had in all my Sri Lankan travel

We absolutely loved our stay at Jungle Face Inn, it is a brand new apartment in the nature and in reality it is WAY better than the pictures! They welcomed us with a welcome drink and the breakfast that we had at the place was absolutely amazing! Honestly an amazing place if you look for a peaceful stay in nature. It is 1.5k far from the city centre but we had a scooter and did not have any problem.

Wonderful!! A little paradise in the trees. We woke to the sounds of the jungle in a very comfortable room. The meals were yummy too!

Absolutely beautiful! The room is super nice, very clean and you have a spectacular view right into the jungle! It’s such a cool place to stay! The hosts are also very nice and friendly and the breakfast, which was included in the price was simply amazing!

What a fab place to stay when visiting Ella! Small (just 2 rooms) yet full of character. We had a tree growing through our room, and saw monkeys, a mongoose, and a giant squirrel just feet away. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, and put on a great traditional breakfast (bread, dhal, fruit, omelette / hoppers / pancakes, fresh juice). If you want somewhere that’s close enough to ‘Ella Strip’ to feel amongst things, yet far enough away to be peaceful, Jungle Face Inn is ideal. Standard price for a tuk tuk each way was 500 Rupees. Access from the road is via a few steps, but don’t let that put you off - it is well worth it.

Steps up to the accommodation - don’t take heavy luggage!

Perfect host and really special place. We could see many birds and squirrels from the terrace. The breakfast was great as well .
