Excellent breakfast and a beautiful place

It is not for everyone, not a five star hotel! There are a lot of steers up to the room and it’s not so easy with children when it rains, and boy did it rain!

great nature, nice hosts, some minutes away from bustling Ella downtown.

We loved staying in the treehouse and watching the monkeys. It was so clean and comfortable and the breakfast and dinner were both really tasty. Our hosts really looked after us, thank you! We had booked two rooms so we had the whole treehouse to ourselves ( one room has one double bed, the other has two double beds). We have been travelling around Sri Lanka and have stayed in lots of different places and this was definitely our favourite.

Cozy rooms, nice view from the balcony and through the large window from the inside, hot shower and - most of all - the stunning breakfast (was maybe the best on our whole trip (loved the dhal very much). The owner and his family are very lovely people and the hotel is located outside of the busy town centre.

I can‘t think of anything

The location was wonderful,bird life and animals included giant squirrels, hornbills, paradise flycatchers. Cheap tuktuk to Ella. Breakfast excellent. Tree house experience unique.

We were fine but access would not be suitable for elderly. 60 stone steps to get to property. Then steep wooden steps up to tree house.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, the owner superfriendly, lovely location where you are in one with nature. Would absolutely recommend to a friend and am definitely coming back!

We loved everything about this place

Everything was amazing, especially breakfast! Very nice owners, and great atmosphere.

The house has solar panels so there is no hot water if it rains a lot.

Family were very hospitable, the breakfast and additional dinner was fantastic.
