View view view - spotless rooms (he has only 2) - super committed and friendly host. Marvellous breakfast

Really nothing (yes you have to walk up 20 steps or so (which is great because you have a better view) (and yes the hosts is living on the same premises yet this makes this a wonderful guests experience as he really cares about you - we had a bit of a stomach issue and the owner brought us local medicine, lime juice with salt and pepper (seems the no 1 recommendation for stomach issues) and even asked us whether he should take us to a doctor

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und befindet sich direkt am Einstieg hoch zum Little Adams Peak sowie zur Nine Arches Bridge. Die Unterkunft ist schön ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück wird auf der eigenen Terrasse serviert. Der Chef sowie das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

From the room, bed, and patio of both side-by-side units of the B&B, there is a really spectacular view of the hills, tea fields right under the hotel, and mountains in the distance. The hotel is right at the entrance to the Little Adam’s Peak hike, where one can also take a 500 rupee tuk tuk over halfway to the peak. Room and patio were new, very clean, comfortable, and spacious. All the staff were great. The Sri Lankan breakfast was also great and very filling. A very good cafe is just down the street, and recommended by the hotel.

The hotel is too far to walk to the town center, where there are a lot of shops and restaurants, but tuk tuks are everywhere, and only cost 500 rupees. The hotel Wi-Fi was slow, so we had to use our phone Internet data.

The One Ella liegt hervorragend, um alle Must sees und Restaurants fußläufig in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Dom ist ein souveräner und sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Das Zimmer ist umsichtig gestaltet und eingerichtet und die Terrasse mit ihrem wunderschönen Ausblick richtig toll. Wir haben uns über das leckere ausgiebige Frühstück sehr gefreut und auch über das Carepaket, das wir für unsere Weiterreise bekommen haben!

Der Preis ist für Ella eher hoch, aber das weiß man vorher und die Gegebenheiten machen es auf jeden Fall wett!

Everything!!! What gem of a property with the most amazing views ever! Dom the owner was wonderful and so friendly and helpful. We had an early start and Dom accommodated an earlier breakfast which was above and beyond. He even couriered my husband’s glasses that he forgot to our next destination …..we cannot thank he and his staff enough. Location was perfect….safe walk into town and right on the road to Little Adam’s Peak. One night was not enough, however hoping not the last time to visit and would not look at staying anywhere else in Ella

The owner of One Ella is totally hands-on, caring about you in every way. He was most thoughtful about his design of the rooms emphasizing a large patio, some grass even, and outdoor living overlooking beautiful hills. The room was comfortable as was the bathroom. There was milk in the fridge for use for tea and coffee that was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, on one’s private patio. We were 2 couples travelling together and the table on one of the patios was set for all 4 of us. The owner gave us gift after gift – even a bag of food for our journey onwards. I cannot imagine a more perfect lodging in Ella.

Tout, l’emplacement idéal au pieds de la randonnée Little Adam’s Peack, vue magnifique, chambre très belle et agréable, accueil et service au top, petit déjeuner très bon, séjour parfait ! En plus le propriétaire est charmant et toujours aux petits soins.

Amazing accommodation! Everything was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had amazing breakfast with the best view in Ella. Also, the owner is super nice and thoughtful! Definitely worth it and would recommend it! 😄

Prachtige ligging in Ella. Alles voorzien in leuke b&b met maar vier kamers. Lekker ontbijt en uiterst lieve host.
