great room and breakfast very very good value for money

bit hot in room but all ok

Incredibly cheap for what we got which was a very comfy twin room, and free breakfast was included (not that we woke up early enough to take advantage of this). If I have enough negative karma to need to stay in Hitchin again I hope they've got space here.

The little block of rooms we were in was sharing a toilet with two other rooms. Not a problem for me personally but I do feel bad for whoever used it after me.

Basic but clean. Free parking, coffee in room and towels provided. Staff very friendly. Good location - close to centre

The main building is very grand with ample parking at the front. I was in a single room in an out building behind with a shared bathroom. The room was very basic with a single bed, which I expected and was decent for the price. The bed was comfortable and there were tea and coffee facilities provided. The bathroom was fine although the shower would have been tricky to use due to the sloped ceiling (I decided to skip that). Breakfast was a buffet of cooked items, cereal and fruit and was very much appreciated after having been at a wedding the day before. Overall a good visit and I would recommend to anyone stopping in Hitchin.

Both when I wanted to check in and check out no one was in reception, once I found a service bell near the kitchen the process went smoothly.

Great location near the train station & very friendly staff. Would stay again.

Bathroom could do with an upgrade but perfectly clean.

Staff were friendly. It was nice to witness the choir practice on the way to the room.

It was alike a student hall, a poor one. I had to run around to get wet in the shower.

Facilities not modernised but need to be.
