Leah and the team were extremely friendly and very attentive. There is an excellent bar with good food. Generous and tasty breakfasts.

No complaints. Everything was very comfortable and we had a most pleasant stay. Ideal location for our trip.

"Just 15 mins to Airport, The Best cooked Breakfast EVER! The Perfect stay - You won't want to leave!"

For us, The Star was more than the perfect place to stay when flying from EMA airport. Being just 6.4 miles (15-20min drive) We stayed for one night at this wonderful cosy village pub and loved everything about it. The staff were amazing and Lear (your host) was super organised, helpful and accomodating. The room was super clean, Super comfy bed, ensuite bathroom and a wonderful view of the garden countryside landscape, which during the summer, You wont want to leave! But the best is yet to come... THE COOKED BREAKFAST WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD! So much so, We were flabbergasted on the size and quality of the cuisine and it has to be one of the best, if not THE best breakfasts we've ever had. Well done the chef! All in all, I've added "The Star" to my favourites and will certainly return when in the area. Thank you Lear and the staff for a wonderful stand out stay.

It would be an insult to complain about anything! For us, It was super special
