Barton Guest House

Very friendly and helpful lady (Rach) who looked after us and cooked a lovely breakfast. The room was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed.

Perhaps room numbers on the bedroom doors may have prevented someone else taking our room, and avoided the confusion of sorting it out (which Rach did very efficiently).

I had a really warm welcome from Rachel. She explained the keys, where the breakfast room was and time for breakfast. She showed me up to my room. Rachel is warm and friendly. I will definitely consider staying at Barton Guest House again when I attend another course.

The property was very comfortable and clean.

The location was easy to access. We received a warm welcome and were helped with our bags to our room. The room was a good size and quiet, overlooking the garden. Bed, bathroom all as we’d hoped. Vegan needs were catered for. Dining room pleasant and looking out over the garden. Rachel was friendly and attentive without imposing on us.

Communication from the host Rachael. Comfortable beds, lovely sparkling clean ensuite with everything you could need provided. Welcoming greeting by Rachel at breakfast. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast ,porridge,toast etc. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!
