Good location close to town with a number of places to eat and drink. Despite being on a main road there was very little road noise. Room was a good size, clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Great breakfast, with a number of choices to set us up nicely for the day. Our hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent value for money and we would definitely recommend. We’ll be back again!

Minor criticism. One of the beds was very soft which was not to our taste, personally just prefer a firmer mattress.

Our Host Rachel was fantastic. Very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. We had a fabulous home cooked breakfast. The room was amazing, really well finished, very clean, and really well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be recommending Rachel and Barton Guest House to family and friends in the future.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Ideal location for me. The house is spotless and very inviting. Rachel's organization is first class and she is very pleasant. Breakfast. Was delicious
