Fabulous communication with Rachel before arriving, and she kindly facilitated a very late check-in. My en suite twin room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and more than big enough. Off-road free parking was great. Breakfast was amazing - cooked to order, hot, fresh & tasty. Fabulous location - only 20 mins from Hull centre, easy to find and worth every penny. Thank you, Rachel.

Gurgling sound coming from the shower drain, but I was too tired to let it stop me sleeping. The exceptionally comfy bed made up for it.

What a little Gem of a place , nothing was too much trouble, room very comfortable , great sized bathroom . All spotless, breakfast was perfect . Ample off road parking safe and secure. Would highly recommend.

There isn't anything to improve outstanding.

Seriously good all round! Friendly welcome, comfy room, wonderful breakfast and a convivial crowd to enjoy it with. Definitely not just an average B&B!!!
