SGStaff was very friendly and attentive. Many water sports and activities are offered, if that is your thing. Simple but delicious breakfast every day. The place was peaceful and beautiful. Although in a quieter part of Bintan, a diverse range of food options are available - there are many lunch and dinner options within Ten Rooms itself (tried the mee goreng which was delicious), relative to local prices it was slightly more expensive but still very affordable (less than $5). Then you've got the kelong seafood place a few minutes walk away with seafood fried rice for only $2, and a French restaurant next door which is pricier but still very reasonable ($12 for a very generous portion of shrimp pasta, cooked fresh and with heart). Overall, Ten Rooms shows that Bintan can be definitely affordable and enjoyable.
I was very satisfied overall, just that the coffee served at breakfast was not the best. Recommend that you bring your own instant coffee. The shower is rather weak. The place is more than an hour's drive from BBT port, and it's $30 for transport. Well worth it in my opinion for the lovely little piece of paradise!

ESWhat a wonderful escape from Singapore! The staff is very kind, rooms are very comfort and you have a beautiful beach just in front of you! Breakfast is nice (omelette and fruits), location is perfect to learn kite surf and wind surf if you feel so!

NLWat een vriendelijke mensen op deze bestemming. Hier komen niet veel toeristen en dat maakt het super. Als je wat geregeld wilde hebben dan kon het. Doe ook zeker de bbq als je er bent. Heerlijke verse vis!
