ATReally nice staff and owner, they helped us with all our Questions (Transfer, Ferry ticket, Mt Batur-Guiding) They organised us the Mt Batur sunrise trekking (start 4.00 - directly from the hotel), coming back at 8/9.00 am. The hotel complex was very beautiful, with lots of details, beautiful garden, clean pool, clean rooms. They deserve you dinner and breakfast which was very good.

DEthe rooms were nice and new, as well as the pool area. the staff was extremely nice and ready at any out of the day and night to answer any questions. we cancelled our trekking on mount Batur with them because of rain on the same morning, and we didn’t have to pay anything.
the bathroom had a severe mold problem. the smell in the bathroom was very strong. we booked the Batur hike with them, and on that morning they asked if we wanted to cancel because of the rain. we were not sure, and even if we asked, they would not give their personal suggestion. so we chose to cancel and we still don’t know if it was the right thing.

NLIt was like being in a little paradise, the staff was super friendly as well.
Decent amount of flies outside, sitting outside wasn’t really a pleasure because of it.

AUPerfect location if you are wanting to do the sunrise hike of Mt Batur. Because of where it’s situated you don’t have to get up as early as some of the other tours. They can organise this for you as well as the hot springs. The owners, staff, and guide were all so friendly and endeavoured to do everything possible to make your stay as wonderful as possible.
