ESThe pool was beautiful and the staff friendly.
It was really dirty. The ceiling and the bathroom door were full of spiderwebs and dust. The bathroom was really careless and dirty. I think the minimum thing you expect when you book a place to stay is that it be clean. I hope they decide to clean up and be more careful for people that choose to stay there next time.
GBAn amazing place if you are planning to hike Mt Batur! It's right at the bottom of the trail and you get a hike with the accommodation also. I actually went one day by myself during the day. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and make a fire for everyone to sit around in the evenings if they want to socialise.
There is a lot of noise during the night due to birds on the roofs but remember you are in nature :)
DEWe stayed one night to do the sunrise trekking tour to the top of Mount Batur. The room had everything we needed and also Angga and his team arranged the tour for us with a guide. The price for the tour and accomodation are ok and not to pricey. You can also get some nice local food at their place.
Like many others mentioned, at daytime there are flies all over which can get on somebodies nerves. But they are everywhere inside the caldera and the team tries their best, to help get rid of them.

JPI stayed overnight during an early morning jeep tour on Mt. Batur, and angga was really kind to me. I was offered to pick it up, but I communicated directly with angga, and they took the time to deliver it from the mountain area of Batur to the beach area. It's been unforgettable, good luck with your cute girlfriend! ! thank you angga
