Property double booked me and even though I booked a month in advance they did 't contact me until a week before my visit. Then they wanted me to cancel my booking rather than doing it themselves, because it was a bit more effort for them. All this was communicated on WhatsApp rather tha. through Booking.com

The location and views from the patio are absolutely marvellous. Silvy and her lovely family were the perfect hosts, they were friendly, catered for all our needs and shared their local knowledge of the area.

Nothing at all. The only comment we would make is that there is a 200 metre walk to the property down some steps which may make the property inaccessible for some relatively immobile people. This wasn’t a difficulty for us, indeed it made the location more appealing. Silvy always discusses this situation with potential customers in advance.

Very satisfied with the homestay facilities, wonderful hospitality and the warmth all around. recommend that those who can use the slightly stiff 200 mtrs climb can always use this splendid homestay. A 3 star hotel feeling with a comfortable budget. Great experience of a homestay.

Silvy and her family were wonderful, so warm, helpful and friendly. Silvy was very warm and hospitable and her meals were lovely. We had a cooking class with her which was great and the price very reasonable. Great views of the tea plantations and beautiful scenery.

We loved our stay here, Silvie was so kind and gave us delicious Keralan Fish curry and breakfast and delicious pineapple juice. The views were amazing and our bedroom and bathroom both clean and very nice. We had a wonderful stay - also a lovely place to sit and watch the hills from.

If you are not able to cope with steep steps and uneven ground it’s difficult to get to but definitely worth the walk if you are able.
