It is simple clean and exactly what we wanted for our trip.

A beautiful homestay situated among a tea plantation, with a beautiful terrace commanding fantastic views across the luscious green hillsides. The welcoming experience from Sylvia and her family was exceptionally good, so I felt calm and at ease from the moment of arrival. The food was very good, particularly the butter chicken and mango lassie, and the family are very attentive and obliging hosts! Its also a great location; a short hike to the local waterfall opens up to accessible tea plantations and breathtaking scenery, and Munnar (useful for connecting public transport), is only a short tuk-tuk ride up the road. I wouldn't hesitate to return, and thank you for a lovely stay!!

Fantastica posizione tra le montagne di Munnar, nel cuore delle tea plantations! Per accedere bisogna percorrere circa 200 metri su un sentiero in discesa. Se chiedete vi sarà offerto aiuto con le valige. Forse non adatto se non potete camminare bene. La famiglia che la gestisce è super carina. Sylvia offre una cucina sensazionale.. variata e genuina.. preparata sul momento. Super silenzioso, sei circondato dalla natura, con una vista verso l’orizzonte.. La camera è fresca e confortevole, con ampio spazio, pulita. Si può fare escursioni in autonomia, o varie attività preparate dagli host. Perfetto anche se vuoi solo stare tranquillo.. davvero un luogo speciale!

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. The views are amazing and it’s in such a lovely local area! I can’t comment on the food / activities much ( except for a delicious Kerala lassi made by Sylvie! ) as the family had a bereavement when I arrived and so they all had to leave. They explained they couldn’t cook for us but we were welcome to stay and they would leave us water and send someone each night to ensure we were safe. It was no problem at all! Sylvie was always available by text and kept checking on us. The family are amazing. Her son walked me to the bus stop at 6am and waited with me to get my bus. They are all very kind and helpful and I wish I could have spent more time with them! The location is perfect as it’s out of the busy town but so easy to catch a bus from the main road! There is also a beautiful walk nearby, it takes maybe 30 minutes through tea plantations ( on a well paved road ) to get to a waterfall / tea shop! I’d highly reccomend this place!

Everything was perfect ! The view from the room is stunning, Silvy and her husband are amazing host, very kind and friendly people. Silvy dedicates her whole life to make us all happy. I was only there for 2 nights, which is very short but I still managed to do a tea plantation tour with her, we also saw a tea cardamon factory and swam in a waterfall. She knows very well her region and will explain everything there is to know about the surroundings. I also did a cooking class with her (she did all the cooking of course) but it was very nice to see how she makes the fish curry. Finally the last morning I did a sunrise hike on my own and I have to say that the homestay is really well located to do that 15km walk without getting lost.

Die Lage ist top, wunderschön mitten in den Teeplantagen. Die Homestay Besitzer sind so bemüht, Sylvie koch tolles Essen, begleitet sehr interessante,schöne Ausflüge, ist für jeden Wunsch offen, Der Platz ist sehr ruhig, man hört die Vögel zwitschern und Grillen zirpen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Like Home 🥰🙏

L'accès pédestre de 200m sur un chemin caillouteux nous a été signifié par message la veille de notre arrivée ce qui a entraîné une annulation car impraticable avec des valises. Aucuns détails n'était marqué sur l'annonce de cet accès compliqué. Plus de homestay 3h avant notre arrivée !!

Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois par Sìlvy qui nous a proposé plusieurs activités : nous avons passé la journée en sa compagnie dans les magnifiques plantations de thé où elle a été un super guide! Le logement est propre, confortable et bien situé a l'écart de l'agitation et du bruit de la ville. Parfait pour profiter au calme de la nature !

El alojamiento se encuentra en un pacifico lugar en medio de las montañas de té, es muy pacifico y Silvy la anfitriona tiene un espíritu de madre muy acogedor y te hace sentir súper bien y se aseque nada te falte y te sientas confortable, un lugar vc para volver
