Nuestra estadia en blackcherry fue muy buena. Las vistas de munnar son muy hermosas. Esta alejado de la carretera principal lo cual lo hace muy tranquilo Silvi la dueña del lugar se lleva todas las estrellas. Siempre atenta a lo que necesitábamos Lo mejor de todo su comida, es muy rica!. También tomamos una clase de cocina con ella que estuvo súper! Sin dudas volveríamos a hospedarnos.! Gracias por tu cariño y amabilidad.

Schön gelegenes und ruhiges Homestay mit toller Aussicht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr engagiert und verwöhnt einem mit hausgemachten Spezialitäten. Ausserdem werden etliche Aktivitäten angeboten.

Das erste Zimmer, welches wir gebucht haben, war nicht sauber. In diesem Zimmer haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt und wir wären nicht geblieben. Glücklicherweise konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln. Das neue Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. In der folgenden Bewertung beziehe ich mich auf das neue Zimmer.

Sylvie is a very dedicated and helpful person. She and her husband were always ready to let us visit the area. She also organizes indian cooking workshops where we could initiate our-self preparing south Indian meals. Munnar is a great experience and doing this as of Blacksherry homestay is something I recommend to every traveler looking for close contact with local tradition and people.

the location of the homestay is incorrect on Booking.com, this leaded us in a difficult situation. Despite that the price is fair, the fact of having to pay for an extra blancket is not really best practice;

Our stay was wonderful! The hospitality from Silvy Aunty, her husband, and their two sons was exceptional, and the homemade food was delicious. Thank you to the entire family for a lovely time!

Sylvie made us wonderful food according to our needs. Showed us around on amazing day trips. The accommodation was very nice and wow the view.

The room was quite cold but for sleeping but that can be solved with an extra blanket.

Loved everything from the view, the hospitality, the amazing food and the warmness of the homestay owners. Will surely come back and recommend everyone to book their stay here for one hell of an experience with Silvi aunty and her family. The lip smacking food was a cherry on top.

Emplacement magnifique et pitoresque . Une vue merveilleuse depuis ma chambre spacieuse et tres propre. Famille très accueillante. Petit déjeuner varié, abondant et très bon.

The homestay is located in an exceptionally beautiful, quiet location and the owners are very nice and helpful. Silvie prepared delicious meals for us. We loved the atmosphere and the care.

A room without a view is a little darker and less cosy.
