"Very pleasant and useful for me as it was only a short walk to the relative I was visiting."

Single room with ensuite. Nicely laid out and with wall mounted TV you could watch in bed. Good quality fixtures and fittings and a shower (unlike some places I have stayed in) that actually worked without a lot of fiddling about.

Jayne and Andy were so helpful and great hosts. A gorgeous place to stay, advice straight away on where to eat, directions etc. Best breakfast of our trip. Great stop.

"A pleasant night in a lovely guest house"

Great breakfast and it was interesting having it brought to the room. Large comfortable room with a very large bed. Good location with good views over the park. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom was separate from the bedroom, so we had to leave the room to go across the landing to the bathroom.

We particularly liked Andy & Jayne’s warm welcome, their very friendly hospitality & attention to detail plus the little extras included in each of our rooms. The towels & linen provided were of a lovely fine quality which of course added to our overall comfort. Thank you for everything.

There wasn’t anything that could be improved upon.

Very clean, and good B&B. However, when I booked it said breakfast included, but upon arrival it was £10 extra per day if you booked through Booking.com. Not sure if this is a problem with booking.com or the B&B. There was a good coffee machine and some nice cafes nearby. Location was good. I only saw a member of staff once, upon check-in so not really that personal. It was extremely clean, kudos to whoever cleans. Nice smelling bath products and good shower (if tiny!)

Breakfast should have been included, according to booking.com it was. Confusing information.
