Dimuthu Home Stay

The view or course but also the kindness of the staff. Very clean, nice meals as well. The stay is close to the railway which is shortcut to go city center but also to Ella Rock.

Just very small detail, the noise of the waterfall on the roof caused by the accumulation of the rainfall on the upper roof.

Cold shower. Wifi seemed to block social media so couldn’t message friends

Far enough outside of Ella to not be disturbed by the noise from that busy little town but close enough to walk in along the railway track. Wonderful views of Ella Rock and it's neighbouring waterfall 🙂 Dimuthu and his wife are lovely and she cooks a delicious Sri Lankan curry 😀

The view from the room was amazing, hills, Ella Rock, mist, trains. I enjoyed our stay at the property which was within walking distance to the main town with restaurants and shops. If you are staying here, consider also the restaurants along the track by walking the opposite direction to the town. Good local food with good prices. The room was spacious, with the fridge. No aircon however it wasn't needed; the fan was sufficient. The breakfast was good, although I wasn't sure why we were kept served bread if it is not a part of the local cuisine.

A couple of items for improvement: hot water system and tap in the sink. Other than that, everything was great!

Dimuthu was super nice, she made us tea two times while we were waiting to check in/out. Apartment is very beautiful and it has one of the best views on valley and mountains. Breakfast was delicious, especially pineapple jam!

Beautifull clean rooms wit an excellent view. The location is perfect: easy to walk to Ella via the train track in a few minutrs. And the food is just wauw! We had breakfast and dinner, we even had a cooking class here and we loved it!!! Do not look further, book this homestay!

Nothing at all

Dimuthu and Family gave us good place , tasty foods and good protection . During our stay we felt we stay with our neighbor friends . We asked some foods for our baby and Dimuthu's wife prepared very tasty foods for our baby also. My small son loved that view and place. He needs to stay there on our next vacation also. We didn't face any difficulties during our stay. When we request some needed things they provided very kindly . We wish all the best for Dimuthu's Family . Highly recommend for nature view lovers and calm environment lovers.
