Maple home stay and cottage

This stay had the most stunning view over Ella. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The owner was very lovely and always helped arrange a tuktuk for us whenever we needed one. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Wifi connection is not the best.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet établissement. La chambre est très confortable, au calme avec une vue magnifique ! Et le couple qui tient cette maison est adorable et très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon ! Je recommande :)

Very quiet location away from the town but only a short walk away, easy tuk tuk journey back. Amazing view of the mountains. Fabulous breakfast, clean and comfortable room with plenty of hot water. Very friendly and helpful host.

We had a fantastic stay at Maple home stay, the bed was comfortable and the view was incredible. Had a very lovely balcony to sit and watch the fireflies in the evening. Great location up out of the main town - you will need a tuk tuk ride to get back up the hill! Very nice breakfast too!

We booked for 4 nights, but unfortunately could not make the first night and this lovely, welcoming husband and wife were very accommodating. The breakfast was varied each day, lots of it & always started with fresh fruit. We were cooked a meal one evening and it was in the top two of Sri Lankan meals during our 15 night trip. The other was actually just up the road in a small roadside restaurant. The room was well kept with fabulous views. It was an easy walk down to Ella via steps. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We asked for a room with a view and I expect we did get the best view, but we were therefore nearer the road noise. Perhaps one of the other 4 rooms would be better if this would bother you - as all have beautiful views !

Wyjątkowe miejsce! Pieszo ok. 15 minut od centrum Ella, co uważamy za plus. Powyżej miasta. Cudowne widoki z pokoju. Wschód słońca widoczny bezpośrednio z okien pokojowych. Bardzo czysto w pokojach i na zewnątrz. Świetni gospodarze. Od początku byliśmy dobrze zaopiekowani, śniadania w cenie przepyszne i przygotowane z sercem przez gospodynię. Jedne z lepszych jakie jedliśmy podczas pobytu na Sri Lance! Warto odwiedzić niedaleko położoną restaurację Bee's Honey (podróż TukTukiem zajmuje kilka minut), położona głęboko w lesie, ale widoki i jedzenie wszystko wynagradza. Zdecydowanie polecamy miejscówkę!
