The staff were so welcoming, friendly and simply amazing. We had a great time and were looked after so well. Breakfast was excellent each morning. Fabulous stay and we highly recommend a visit. Emma and the family were wonderful hosts.

The location is great, large free car park across the road, with sea views from my room. Met with a very warm welcome from the very friendly owners who couldn't do enough to help me get settled in. The room itself was absolutely spotless, with everything needed for the stay. As I travel for work, WIFI is very important and this was again excellent (free) Breakfast was great, with large selection served by friendly staff

Mattress was very soft, but I still slept very well.

Nothing everything perfect

The location was great for my visit, I attended a function less than 10 mins walk, so it was ideal. Emma was a great host and very chatty, both on arrival and at breakfast. It was a home from home, not only Emma but her mum and staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great value. I had a walk about the area, a park right across the road leads to the shore. Car parking is plentiful, right outside the door or across the road there is a large car park and no payment required.

The TV in my room was a small TV, it was only a single room, probably not much space for a larger screen but that was my only minor flaw, but it wouldn't stop me booking again if I was in the area,
