Everything was perfect. Emma and her staff couldn't do enough for us. Spotlessly clean and fresh rooms. Gorgeous breakfast. Great location. Would highly recommend

"Perfect wee place to stay"

This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay to be local to where we were going the following day. Our room wasn't huge however was very manageable with everything you'd want to hand. It was immaculate and towels were amazingly soft. No parking restrictions outside either. Great choice at breakfast. Everyone very friendly and welcoming.

Loved the owner and her attention to detail. The place is beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. There was a lovely view out the window, and it was quiet and pleasant. Easy to make the reservation. Very amenable.

There was no lift for the luggage. When I got there, her daughter took my luggage up. I had to leave before I could have breakfast, and the owner was busy with that, so I needed to take my own luggage down. She did offer to get it, after I had already done it. The only other thing is it was a bit of a walk to the nearest place to eat supper. I needed the exercise, but I would have enjoyed something a bit closer.

Another wonderful guest house on the shore of Loch Ryan! Owners very hospitable and friendly. The property is very well Maintained. The room was immaculate. Spacious. Well equipped. The breakfast was fantastic. Really nice ingredients. And plenty of it. Its very convenient for the town centre & only 5-10 mins from the ferry’s. Would definitely stay again and recommend this guest house to others.

A most delightful stay at the Neptune Rest Guest Hotel. A lovely friendly welcome on arrival and Emma took me up to my room. Our bedroom was beautiful and newly refurbished. It had all the mod cons, tea and coffee making facilities and lots of extras around the room and in the bathroom. A hot water bottle in case you got cold. The breakfast was first class quality and service. Excellent value for money. Very central to all amenities. Located just across from Agnew Park. Highly recommend Neptune Rest.
