Lovely room in a separate annexe. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Cooked to order and homemade jam too. Great location. Very quiet

The location to where I was visiting was ideal , the property was easy to find and a very warm welcome from Graham & Denise, The breakfast is first class and I recommend to try the home made marmalade , the rhubarb & ginger was my favorite ! Well done Graham master marmalade maker. The room and communal space in the annex to the bedroom was ample and the bedroom & ensuite was very clean and complementary short bread and tea making facilities were topped up every day of my stay. Perfect 10 out of 10 stay !

It was all perfect there was nothing I didn't like.

"Perfect base for sightseeing both inland or on the coast."

Both Graham and Debbie were very welcoming and helpful with good suggestions of places to visit/eat. Our own access and key meant that when we did have a late night after 'Star Gazing at Kielder' we didn't disturb anyone when we arrived back. The choice of breakfast options was amazing, with fresh fruit and homemade stewed fruit and homemade jams. Cooked breakfasts were lovely with a good choice.

The only negative was that the entry to the property by car is a bit narrow.
