Clean,well kept garden ,quiet and close to the pub ;-) Also close to the village and the event we were attending.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Our bedroom was good with two chairs of differing height which was helpful for my husband. The bed was extremely comfortable. The facilities were excellent and although we did not have time to sit out in the garden, the view from our bedroom was a delight. The dining room was very pleasant and the choice of food for breakfast was good.

It is difficult to find anything much to fault. Possibly, it would have been good to have a wider choice of teas in our room. Unfortunately, access to the house is a little tricky for anybody who has walking difficulties but the path is well lit and our hosts were very helpful with our luggage, both bringing it up from the car and taking it down before our departure.

The breakfast was delicious and the location was beautiful. We went to the nearby pub for dinner on the first night which had a gorgeous view.

There was no private entrance as advertised on the listing

Lovely friendly welcome off Pauline & John as soon as we arrived. Lovely room overlooking the garden & patio. Really comfortable beds , With TV in our room, brilliant Wi Fi. Breakfast was amazing from Full English, Fresh Fruit, a Selection of Cereal , Yogurt,Toast, Jam, Marmalade, Orange Juice , Tea & Coffee . We had such a relaxing , overall an amazing defiantly recommend this truly lovely place .

Honestly there wasn't anything not to like. Everything was perfect .

The option of room layout, either twin beds or a double. Ensuite with sink and toilet. A delicious and very filling breakfast. Happy, kind and very helpful hosts (an extra 'big thank' you to Pauline). We very much enjoyed staying here and were reluctant to leave when it was time to check-out. Lovely grounds and surroundings. It would be good accommodation for a walking holiday in that area.

The shower is a private shower for the room but is not in, or next to, the room. It took us an evening to get used to it being a few metres away, but after that it didn't bother us too much. One of the single mattresses was a bit noisy.

Pauline is a perfect host and it was a genuine pleasure to stay there. The room was spacious, super clean with a lovely large and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent and the location is lovely looking out to the wooded hills.

This was an amazing location just outside the town of Ledbury. Pauline and John were excellent hosts and welcomed us into their home in a separated part for guests with excellent facilities. The breakfast was fantastic with variation of full English, fruit, yogurts and cereals. Great walks across the Malvern Hills only 10 minute by car and local walks into the town close by. Give this one a try you won't be disappointed.
