The establishment, staff, the room, the decor, how clean it was. The style and love the little ducks! Would definitely come back. Cannot fault anything at all.

"Not suitable!"

No parking outside both side streets full with cars , I had a friend with a disability of being visibly impaired. Booked at 6pm and paid in full to ask to cancel 40mins later due to no access in wasn’t suitable. Not enough information stated of high level of parked cars . Never replied until next day even though message was seen said not enough time given and wouldn’t refund AVOID!!
