The Boathouse

Good breakfast but no cereal offered. Only onstreet parking available somewhere in the street

Parking, room very dusty, shower door badly corroded and had mould, mattress was very lumpy and uncomfortable

Lady was friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Squeaky bathroom door. Small room, very hot. No fan. No mirror above dressing table but screw hole. Needed a good modernising. Breakfast was very basic and used poor quality ingredients. Definitely not worth the money, so will not be back.

Great location and price as we wanted to visit some of Norfolk and Kings Lynne prices were a bit higher. The owner made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. It was comfortable and clean, in good condition with usual hotel room amenities such as tea coffee, TV and plenty of charging points. Had a good night's sleep and a nice breakfast. Not much more you can ask for.

Very minor gripes were no view out of the window of our room, as it just had the roof of the building behind. Parking only on the road which is a bit busy

The stay in the boathouse was fine, the rooms were clean and staff seemed friendly.

What was very disappointing is the when I forgot my device and tried to get through to the boathouse by calling and emailing many times to find a solution, I was ghosted ever since.

Breakfast was great! Super king bed. Owner really friendly
