Clean, lovely room. Very helpful staff.

Location for Sandringham Estate (went for concert). Very hot had to keep window open and noisy road.

Struggling to think of anything !

Where do I start 1. A check-in time of 5-11pm 2. A 1.5 hour window for breakfast, and being told the off dead on 830am 3. Room extremely hot 🔥 even with window opened as far as it would go. 4. TV on wall hung so you have to watch with my head tilted 5. Quality of breakfast very poor 6. Breakfast order taken from across the room. 7. The bed ........ worst nights sleep I've ever had , and I've slept on the floor at airports before, bed oversized, mattress too thin, the pillows looked like sofa cushions against the width of the bed. 8. I've seen better bathroom facilities at Glastonbury (after the event). All in all it was a disappointing stay , I'd normally say "you get what you pay for" but I really do think I paid too much , pity it wasn't an episode of four in a bed and I could choose its worth !!!

The location was perfect for a trip to a concert at sandringham. The host was accommodating in allowing us to collect room keys early although we didn't see the room until later.

Dirty Bathroom shower door not even close to clean, Bedhead wall filthy where others had placed their heads against the wall. Bedclothes were stained, not lots but enough to put us off so we left and drove home through the night.

Das Bad ist Renovierungsbedürftig. Nur auf englisches Frühstück eingestellt. Kein Saft, Obst, Käse, Wurst... Leider nur eine Marmeladensorte und Toast.

Great breakfast, hosts are very friendly.

The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and well presented. It was hot and a very good portion.

Could have done with a toilet roll holder. Extra bedside table. Parking was okay as it was right outside the Boat House.n
