"OK for one night stay."

Breakfast was good, Location was acceptable.

Rooms were a touch small , TV did not work and no parking. Parking on the road outside was manageable but not satisfactory. Early morning traffic noise and vehicle lights shone into the room from 5am.

Hostess was lovely. Very welcoming. Breakfast excellent, Room clean, vey comfy bed. Chatty group of people at breakfast. would stay again if in the area. Price ok. Nice change from the large chains. Strongly advocate supporting the independent hoteliers. No evening meals but walk down to the pub.

parking a bit limited, but ok in the street. Just needs a sign saying which door to use.

Reasonable costs; helpful and friendly staff; breakfast was good; new carpet

mattress was awful; felt the springs all night long; breakfast only from 7-8:30; no curtain to make the room dark; bath was not clean; parking only on street
