We wish to inform you of a change in arrangements for delivery of luggage from Sark Harbor to our Guest House The Old Forge. If you have any luggage you need transporting please get a Island Deliveries luggage tag from the shipping offices in Guernsey/Jersey and write on them our address being The Old Forge, and your luggage will automatically be delivered up for you at a charge currently of £2.50 per bag each (maybe be more if a very large bag/box etc) way payable here upon arrival/before check out.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

Schönes Haus mit viel Charakter und Platz. Bestens ausgestattet und sauber. Frühstück, insbesondere das hausgemachte Brot ausgezeichnet. Ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen.

Das externe Bad liegt etwas ungünstig. Aber das ist bei den Zimmern im oberen Stockwerk kein Thema.

Beautiful place so peaceful room large and very comfortable had best nights sleep I’d had in years

Trouble with ferry’s getting there, lost a day because there were no sailings

For an out of season stay this place was lovely and warm all the time no matter the weather. Fresh homemade bread every day with plenty cereals to enjoy along with a few homemade jams, yogurt and juice, breakfast was a perfect setup every morning. There’s plenty room in the house to enjoy with other guests or simply spending time on your own. The views from the property are spectacular over little Sark and the sunsets are stunning. Everything you need is there from warm towels to toiletries and piping hot showers. Will definitely be staying here again as it was absolutely perfect.
