Lovely spacious, comfortable bedroom and superb breakfast which set us up for the day. All our needs were well catered for with nothing too much trouble for Ian and Tracey.

"A great find close to centre of Exmouth"

Very well appointed, the facilities were very well thought out and had everything we could wish for, and more. Immaculate and very well presented room and breakfast facilities. Ian was an excellent host, and Tracey cooked the most fantastic breakfast with a choice of very fresh fruit, and a big variety of cereals and sprinkles....followed by a choice of very good quality items for the English breakfast, which was piping hot. Our double room was a little on the small side but more than made up for by the separate lounge next door to us with comfy sofa, tv, dvds and a small fridge. The property has the bonus of off street parking ( a bit tight, but do-able). A short walk into town centre with nice independent shops and cafes.

Amazing B and B! Great owners, facilities very well thought out and considerate to guests, breakfast - the best ever! We loved having a dedicated sitting area away from bedroom. Very convenient position with parking, best if you have a small car.

We would have liked a larger bed.

"Absolutely amazing ."

Ian and Tracy were fantastic hosts . So welcoming and friendly. We cant rate this beautiful B&B highly enough . All the little touches un the bedroom ensured you gad everything you could possibly want . The added bonus of a residents sitting room with tea and coffee making facilities was great . Have to say that the breakfast was outstanding , the best we have had . The choice that was on offer was 5*. Cant wait to come back . Thankyou Tracy and Ian for a brilliant stay .
