very nice and clean place

I choose the place according to the reviews at Booking.com. However it was a terrible experience. it is a so called smart hotel. When I arrived at 18.30 there was no receptionist or any caretaker. I had to call them by phone to let me in. There was no information about the facility in the room. When I went downstairs to find wi fi code I was locked out of the room. I had to wait for 45 minutes for a lady to get me to another room. In that room tv was not working. The next day the manager asked me to pay 80 Euros for the digital lock that did not work. When I refused to pay he said he would call the police. In the end I did not pay as It was not my fault.

The panzio was not clean. There was one lady in the mornings to serve breakfast but she could not speak English. It was not clean. No housekeeking. No hair drier. The walls are too thin so you can hear the next door. There was no assisstance for anything. The panzio is far from the city center and I did not feel safe in the surroundings . I had get a taxi at nights rather than walk to the hotel.
