Only the location. Literally - nothing else.

Where to start? First, staff really talked bare minimum about details, wanted us to immediately pay and just told us "enjoy room". When we entered, everything was so bare minimum. Only bed and sheets and maybe a plate or two. Everything was filthy, especially toilet, bath and shower, not vacuumed nor cleaned for a long time, smelled bad and we found many different people hair, stains etc. This is only applicable to the Apartment, maybe the other rooms are better.

Clean, comfy, great location and service

Good location, staff was open to help us check in at 10 pm, the room was pretty clean

I received the information for the booking in Hungarian (and I don’t know Hungarian) and I mesaaged them back asking for info in English. i tried to translate the Hungarian version but didn’t see info about the checkin and I tried calling several times and then went on their website(which was also in Hungarian) and found a phone number for “English” and then someone answered the phone. We were worried because the needed late checkin and might have not been able to have a place to sleep. The person was nice but told me I should have checked the checkin info on the website but AGAIN, there was no option for English, at least not from the phone. Not to mention thag the “appartment” didn’t exactly look like in the pictures, you couldn t tell it was so small

The best bed I had for some time. The hosts were really helpful 🙂
