Very convenient location to downtown Conwy

The room was warm and didn’t feel comfortable opening patio doors because of ground floor location; breakfast was confusing; parking was challenging

Amanda in the Cafe,Love to Eat below our room was AMAZING!! Helped by Tracey she was so concerned that everything was good with our stay and breakfast. She went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable!! She checked us in also. Our room was spacious, modern and clean.

Our room had no chairs to sit on,yet a bath was in the room which would have been better if a sofa. No bottled water to drink,no fridge, bathroom had nowhere to hang towels or toiletries and breakfast was not included,even though No.26 is known as a B&B. Bathroom sliding door was very noisy and we were concerned at disturbing other rooms. The entrance to our rooms really needed a scrub and wash down.

Location, bath was great

Tea and coffee facilities weren’t great, no shower gel and mattress was lumpy

Bath was nice

Noisy outside - windows only single glazed Sliding bathroom door noisy Bed and bedding quality poor

Comfortable good location

A bit noisy but still good
