Very comfortable, clean. Well organised check in procedure. Overall, a great place to stay.

Air con sound audible from another room

Lovely room with terrace very clean. kettle was not working but replaced within 5 minutes of reporting. staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble breakfast excellent me and my husband could not fault our stay here and will definatly return

Nothing everything was excellent

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, and great breakfast.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed (aesthetics and furniture)

I arrived after 5pm and room key collection reliant on other guests returning front door key - which on the night I stayed they didn’t. Jane the duty manager however on hand to resolve the issue by telephone. Kettle was not working - kept switching off, again down to previous guests we think trying to boil milk in it!

Location was excellent right in the town, accommodation was clean and the staff were really friendly, breakfast was great.

The heating was on 5 but room was freezing had to sleep with some clothes on, the decking outside the property was treacherous, we informed manager that my wife had slipped and fell but she didn't seem to concerned, she just replied "hope she s OK" weather is bad at the moment, we visited 2 years ago when the weather was fine and this decking was slippery then, we reported it then but nothing has been done to rectify the issue, someone will get seriously hurt.

Beautiful location ,lovely room, comfortable bed .

Unfortunately it was very noisy. Loud talking and a horrendous crash woke us at 5 am . Siding doors banging all night . We left at 7.30 as we had been up for 21/2 hrs with nothing to do The place was advertised as breakfast in the room as a B&B yet when I asked I was told there was no meal plan .I was very disappointed to have to cut our trip short as we had planned to see plas Mawr and another castle on the way home ,of course it was too early and they were closed .

Spacious, had a separate entrance and very clean. The bath in the room was a luxurious bonus. The staff were very helpful and accommodating

The room was really really warm, the window couldn’t be left open all night due to being in the centre of Conwy. Very grateful for the fan though.

The location was excellent the facilities were fabulous very clean a special mention to Carol she ensured our stay was perfect she was so informative a real asset great shower proper mugs and a coffee machine we would definitely stay again

No fridge this would have been good due to the great weather
