Decent rooms, decent beds.

Very noisy at night

The staff were accomodating and helpful with any request we asked for. The room was ok, but did feel a little claustrophobic as it had no outside window. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful and good temperature.

Have a room without a view. The free wifi was available but was a little patchy in places. It would be nice to have some subtle lighting as the controls only switched on the bright lights on or off, no smaller lamps to switch on when you don't want the whole room floodlit.

This is a serious hotel where you feel safe. The staff is very good.

Staff were friendly and food was ok (even though a tad too salty for my taste, but one can argue about that).

Hygiene was very, very low. The pictures represent the state of the room when it was given to me (dirty toothbrush cup, shower, and fixtures). Moreover, the duvet cover was soiled and had been used by at least another person. There also were some unsanitary slippers provided by the hotel – see pictures. I had booked two nights. When leaving early after one night, I was told that I should have pointed out the issues earlier. I had already changed room once by then. The hygienic issues were so glaring that I don't see it as my responsible to point them out. Someone running a hotel has to see them. If they don't, they chose the wrong job.

The manager Mr.Prem Kumar was very nice, polite ,friendly n very helpful.

If they had a restaurant. Now food n drinks is available at room service.
