"overall really happy with their hospitality"

The hospitality of hotel was nice, also their services would be appreciated, they serve us very decent food according to our requirement, overall the residency is very good.

Hvac system was well maintained though they don't have direct ventilation on ground floors it feels a bit down, also the network issue is faced while staying in room.

Room were clean but bedsheets had stains

The room offered was in a terrace like weird when asked they were like nothing else is there and asked me to pay more to upgrade but the upgrade room was exactly the same just on a lower floor
