Location (within 1-1.5 km of Max hospital, MGF Mall, Panchsheel park metro station) , Flexibility, solitude, Zomato's availability, easy pick n drop for ride sharing apps, Ventilation and staffs' friendliness.

It would be better to get a daily room servicing and refills of Tea- Coffee and water. But also room servicing is available daily and just a phone call away, it is our problem with timing that these services could not be availed.

A lot of mid-range hotels in Delhi are scams. But not this one. This property delivers exactly as they advertise. No false photos. Whatever is shown on the internet, they give exactly that.

The food menu could be expanded to give more choices.

This is one of the little hotels in Delhi that is not a scam. The staff do their best to give you a good service. The room is extremely small though. Quite noisy on the room, but it's Delhi so what can you expect.

Staff are doing everything they can for you, though at the same time also begging for tips with phrases like ''you are from a rich man's country'. Quite annoying. When I wanted to check out at 2 o'clock at night, the person at the reception wasn't aware that I had already paid for my stay upon checkin (very annoying and weird, because you always pay upon checkin). I wouldn't go here again.

It is placed nicely in Southern Dehli, close to Metro and a Mall. Hot shower was available every day. The place was quiet and neat. We thank the place for its flexibility, as we could pay some amount in cash and some by card. This worked very well and was in our favor, as it were our last days in India. We could also leave our luggage for free. The people next to our room smoked. We were then offered to swap room. As it was just one more night, we refused but we appreciate that we were offered the possibility.

All good. No windows (to a street or so) but that means also less noise.
