"great venue with staff that care"

I was in the Hay loft which is exquisite , the bed was so comfortable and its a huge room . plenty of on site parking. The food quality is excellent both at dinner and again at breakfast

The Hay Loft is about as far as you can get from the wifi router so the signal kept dropping out , so i went down and worked in the bar instead - has its advantages

From the moment you walk through the door you feel welcome, great atmosphere, always busy. Staff can't do enough for you and the food - breakfast & evening meal is outstanding.

Rooms are really good and well decorated with great facilities. I found my room a bit cold in the evening - minor moan -but moved second week to another room and was supplied with extra heater. Toasty.
