Little Ship Inn Rooms

My review will be of the Harbour House. My rooms have been switched on short notice. The Harbour House is next to the main building of the Little Ship in. The house was cozy and my room was spacious. I really appreciated the little tea and coffee tray so I could enjoy my tea before bed each night. The bathroom was shared and though it was fully booked I never had any interference with any other guest. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was small and lovely with a choice of warm and cold foods. The location was a good start point for my day trips. Parking spaces are very close.

I wasn't told how to open my room properly because somehow the lock was on an open setting as I arrived. The next morning I thought it's broken, but you just need to turn the lock towards the doorframe.

Staff very friendly and helpful, Room was clean and there was a nice kitchen and facility's.

Someone in the building was banging on our door during the night.

Quiet at night. Shower was lovely and hot. Lovely traditional building and easy parking. Friendly and helpful staff.

Just suggestions more than dislikes. Could benefit from a lamp next to the bed. Perhaps a kettle with tea/coffee making facilities. Otherwise was a convenient place to stay while visiting family.

Small but exceptionally clean & comfortable room in a secure, well kept building. Very convenient for railway station; just minutes walk. Flexibility to use all kitchen facilities if you wish.

Nothing really. A bedside lamp with an electricity point close by would have been convenient but not a big deal.

No tea and coffee in room couldn't use bed side lane due to no socket near by

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The other occupants were a bit noisy and shared bathroom.

Apart from an exceptional room and totally comprehensive self catering facility I I was impressed by the small intimate restaurant in the main building. The personal flair and good taste in its decor prompted me to ask if the owner had formally studied Design . The background music playlist had the same great taste and if I were to be within 50 miles of the area I would go out of my way to stay here.

As above, plus the chef has a great offering. The previous night I had to stay in a place 40% more expensive and reminded me of the Hollywood Tower Hotel ride in Disney , Orlando.
