The toilet was dirty, the deadbolt got stuck and stressed me out so I booked into premier inn I thought they may have refunded me at least a day or 2 of my 5 days as booking.com have cancellation protocols but they didn’t I would have understood keeping 2-3 days of it but keys were back with them within a couple of hours
